I stumbled across the Tool Room pans when camping with a friend. He threw the pan directly on the fire and everything we cooked came out with a beautiful char. The pan created such an even distribution of heat and so easy to handle. A beautifully crafted piece for inside and outside the kitchen. My other pans have been long forgotten at the back of the cupboard. And, the best part, no soap required when washing allowing the natural oils to build up a layer of protection. As a chef by trade this pan is a piece of gear I now take onto every job. It’s an absolute favourite.
